I have found a minor aggrivation with IE explorer 7 upgrade. When opening a
new window, it opens as a very small window that has to be resized to be
large enough to use.
I've done a search but have found nothing that will allow me to save a
specific window size and avoid the "postage stamp" sized windows that have to
be resized.

Hi

Drag the window to the size you want it, then close that window via
File>Exit. Don't use 'Maximize'.

Will.
I've tried this and still open up "postage stamp" sized windows. Could this
be a fault with the new IE 7 upgrade? Maybe uninstalling the upgrade is the
best option.
WHat do you think?

Windows remembers the size of the last Normal IE window closed.
Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.

If that doesn't do it try the REG file here:
